Browser diagnostic
The free diagnostic creates its result in your browser. It does not read files from your computer or send diagnostic text to the server unless you enter and submit it through the contact form.
Contact-form data
When you submit, we collect your name, email, tool, issue type, description, language, campaign-source parameters, landing path, browser identifier, and a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention. We do not retain the raw IP address.
Use
We use the data to respond, scope the issue, prevent spam, and understand which public guides help visitors find the service. We do not sell it.
Storage and delivery
Inquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Notifications are delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing / Email Workers. Do not submit passwords, tokens, API keys, private keys, cookies, or identity documents.
Access and deletion
Email support@aideals.cloud from the submission address with your reference number to request access or deletion.
